It is an honor beyond measure to represent the people of Silver Spring and Takoma Park in the Maryland State Senate. Our community celebrates diversity, equality and freedom, social progress, solidarity among citizens, environmental protection, and creative public policy to advance the common good. I have the great fortune of representing people who help me at every turn in shaping and championing innovative public policies to promote these values.
